We can listen and support you through the grief process and also access support for you as needed.
We have launched a new Suicide Prevention and Support Project that will look at ways of supporting those who struggle with life's issues and provide the chance to talk to others at the time of need and hopefully save lives.
We often are asked to provide counselling for families and individuals of those who have lost someone through Suicide. We currently provide free counselling in the quiet room at the Wisdom Centre and our Counsellors have also experienced the loss of someone special who have taken their own lives.
All those who struggle with life are encouraged to come to meet our experienced team of listeners each of whom is trained in supporting people who are considering suicide, through talking with the team, we can help to support you on a regular basis,
We also have a Suicide Support Group on the 4th Wednesday of the month from 7-8pm for those people who have lost someone through Suicide and to learn from the experiences of others, make friends and gain help and support from our team of listeners.
Please feel free to contact us, if you have lost someone and need some free support.
